  • Products in stock will be shipped within 48 hrs. via DHL ground or priority mail, unless specified by customer.
  • Products out of stock will be shipped within 15-45 days.
  • Custom made garments requires 30 to 60 days in advance.
  • Orders are shipped from Summerville; SC.
  • LC guarantees customer satisfaction. Returns can be done within 15 days after receiving order.
  • Exchanges can be done within 15 days after receiving order.
  • Special orders can't be returned.
  • There are no returns of sale items.
  • Refunds will exclude shipping and handling charges
  • US Shipping and handling charges will be billed to customer.
  • All accounts are C.O.D., certified Check. We accept Visa or Master Card, an additional 3.5% is charged when credit cards are used.
  • Special orders require 50% pre-payment and 50% on delivering of goods.
  • Accounts 10 days past due are subject to a service charge $20.00 or 2% monthly, whichever is greater
  • Price on the alpaca products are subject to change (we don't have control of the alpaca fiber price). You'll be notified.
  • Orders will be confirmed by fax or e-mail.
